Cassidy Conaghan

Hi, I’m Cassidy - a Powerlifting Coach. I’m an ISSA-certified Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Specialist with EXOS Fitness Specialist Certification. I’ve been personal training clients with various needs for over 3 years, maintaining a strong emphasis on ongoing education to provide the best experience and outcome for my clients!

 

I bring both athletic experience and clinical knowledge into my coaching to help clients train safely and effectively.

 

Background & Experience

• Former competitive dancer and gymnast with a strong foundation in movement and discipline

• Powerlifting competitor for over 4 years

• 2024 Women’s World Champion with the 100% RAW Federation

• Holder of the highest K-formula score in the RAW federation’s history

• Current 47 & 52kg Provincial Record Holder

• Background in nursing with a strong emphasis on safety and longevity

• Deep understanding of the aging process and functional training needs

Hey! I’m Ku! A Eleiko-certified Powerlifting Coach. I bring a broad, multi-discipline background to my coaching, allowing me to help athletes train smarter, move better, and perform at their highest level.
