Refund Policy

At Peak Revolution Co., we are committed to your satisfaction and success. Whether you are purchasing gear or investing in your physical health through our training services, we want you to have a positive experience.

Please review our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.

1. Physical Products (Merchandise & Gear)

Return Window: You have 14 calendar days to return a physical item from the date you received it.

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • Clothing items must have all original tags attached.

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Physical Items:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, supplements, or magazines).

  • Personal care items (for health and hygiene reasons).

  • Final Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

2. Services, Coaching & Personal Training

Unlike physical goods, services cannot be "returned" once rendered. Therefore, the following specific policies apply to all coaching, programming, and personal training purchases:

Personal Training Sessions:

  • Cancellation Window: We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a personal training session.

  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to show up for your scheduled session, the session will be considered "used" and deducted from your package or charged at the full single-session rate. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions.

  • Refunds on Unused Packages: Prepaid session packages are non-refundable. However, in the event of a medical emergency or relocation (proof required), we may, at our discretion, transfer the remaining value to another service or offer a pro-rated refund.

Online Coaching & Programming:

  • Digital Delivery: Customized training programs, PDF guides, and nutrition plans are intellectual property. Once a program has been emailed to you or uploaded to your user dashboard, it is considered "delivered" and is non-refundable.

  • Subscriptions: For recurring coaching subscriptions, you may cancel your renewal at any time. However, we do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-month, you will continue to have access to your coaching/programming until the end of your current billing cycle.

Results Disclaimer: Refunds are not available based on a perceived lack of results. Results depend on individual effort, consistency, and adherence to the program. We guarantee our commitment to providing professional guidance, but we cannot guarantee specific physiological outcomes.

3. Refund Process (For Physical Goods)

Once we receive your returned physical item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved: We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

  • If your return is rejected: If the item is used, damaged (not due to our error), or missing tags, we reserve the right to deny the refund and return the item to you at your expense.

4. Exchanges (Defective Items)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at peakrevolution.prc@gmail.com and send your item to our return address below.

5. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
